The Baudouin 6M11G165/5 signals a major leap in mechanical muscle, moving to a full 6.75-litre vertical six-cylinder layout that utilises a generous 105mm x 130mm bore and stroke profile. Operating on a robust 18:1 compression ratio specifically balanced for forced-induction thermal environments, this solid cast-iron block features cross-flow cylinder head geometry and a highly stable 12-valve overhead configuration. The rigid, mono-block casting structure handles an intense 18.01 Bar BMEP (Brake Mean Effective Pressure) threshold at full emergency load, dispersing structural strain evenly across the main bearing saddle to preserve structural longevity.

0This larger-displacement multi-cylinder platform introduces excellent mechanical torque stability to counter massive electrical load shocks, making it ideal for processing plants, cellular base stations, and data architecture. The integration of an air-to-air intercooler ensures the incoming induction charge remains cold and highly dense, reducing exhaust temperatures and preventing the cylinder head warping common in smaller, over-boosted four-cylinder engines. The clean block design significantly limits exposed lines, streamlining routine maintenance access for local field engineers.

Industrial Oil Capacity: Designed with an expanded wet sump holding up to 20 Litres of lubrication fluid, ensuring optimal oil film strength under prolonged continuous prime operations.
Premium Electrical Architecture: Utilises a 12 Vdc negative-to-ground layout equipped with an high-output 80 Amp charging alternator and a 4 kW high-torque starter for immediate automated black-start response.
Aggressive Winter Performance: Thermodynamically optimised to achieve unassisted mechanical firing down to minus 10°C, and down to minus 30°C utilising automated jacket water pre-heaters.
