Browse through our products, when you have found the product you are interested in, click on the product to learn more about it, get technical specification documents and to add the product to your cart.
If you already know that you want a product, you can add it to the cart directly from the homepage, store pages or anywhere else you see a product.
The shop pages allow you to filter by price, brand, stock status and then to sort products by price, popularity and ratings. Â

Explore the
product page
Overview
The product pages on LiFeTIDE display the name of the product, images of the product, a short summary of the details or componentry, the stock status, the brand/s, options to 'Buy Now' or 'Add to Quote', social sharing tools and a more comprehensive breakdown of the product specification and benefits.Â
Buying a Product
If you would like to order more than one of the same unit, please adjust the quantity in the ‘Qty’ box and then click 'Buy Now'.
You will be redirected to the ‘shopping cart’ page. If you would like to continue shopping, you are welcome to do so, to add further items.
Getting a Quote
If you would like to get a quote for approval, click the 'Add to Quote' button on the product page.
You will see a message saying your item was added to your 'Quote List' you can then navigate to the 'Quote List' by clicking on the button or continue browsing the store.Â

Fill out your information and you will receive a quotation that is valid for 7 days. From your quote you can click 'Accept' and you will be directed to the checkout page for payment, or contact us if you have any questions.
Product Detail
The Product page contains all the detail you need to be informed and have a clear understanding of that unit.
We'll highlight key features of the product and include videos that demonstrate the operation or benefits of the product you are viewing here too.
A list of componentry and key features will be highlighted on the product page 'Description' tab.
If there are any peripherals that enhance the product (e.g. a mobile App), these will be detailed on the product page for your convenience.Â
Additional Information Tab
The 'Additional Information' tab has the product dimensions and weight information along with the Brand of product.
Reviews Tab
The 'Reviews' tab houses reviews specific to the product you are browsing left by verified owners.
Shipping & Delivery Tab
The 'Shipping & Delivery' tab details how each specific product is managed by the courier partner for that product.
Installer Guide
Most of our products ship with a 'Installer Guide' to ensure optimal safety, functioning and efficiency of your system. The Installer Guide can be viewed and downloaded on this tab.
Data Sheet Tab
All items will include a Data Sheet and Specification Tables containing all the product information of the componentry and in some cases; a video to explain or demonstrate the product.
FAQ
At the bottom of the page you will find a 'Frequently Asked Questions' section that deal with all of the common questions that we encounter.Â
It is important that you read and understand these to avoid conflicts or mis-management of your product.

The last element of the product page is a 'Related Products' section that will suggest products based on the unit you are viewing.Â

Registering an Account
Once you have filled out your information, you will see a checkbox that allows you to register an account.
Registering has many advantages including fast and easy check out when you choose to shop in the future, it also provides easy access to your order history and status.

Select you preferred payment method. We offer users multiple payment options, namely; Credit Card (VISA & MasterCard), Instant EFT with Ozow, Monthly Installments (FinChoice & MobiCred) and manual Electronic Funds Transfer.

Confirm your
order and shipping
Once you have processed your order, you will receive confirmation from LiFeTIDE acknowledging your order, payment and shipping details.
A waybill will be created at our courier partner and you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order progress.
If payment was done through an automated channel like Card Payments or Instant EFT, you will get confirmation of your payment immediately.
If you selected to pay via EFT, we will wait for your payment to clear and then allocate it to your order at which time you will receive communication to confirm that we are processing your order.
