Belonging to a specialised smaller displacement platform, this naturally aspirated inline 4-cylinder G-Drive powertrain is engineered to serve as the highly dependable mechanical core for compact 20kVA to 22.5kVA power generation setups where lower operational overhead and exceptional physical footprint efficiency are required.

Delivering a highly balanced 24kW standby power output at a standard 1500 RPM (50Hz), this nimble SDEC diesel engine responds efficiently to sudden block load connections. Built with a high 18:1 compression ratio and incorporating a wet-liner block profile, the engine is explicitly tailored for the rigorous thermal variations and dusty micro-environments characteristic of remote South African and regional Sub-Saharan job sites.
